Will Our Conversations Continue?
Luke 16

23+ And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24+ And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
On my daily walk, I often meet groups of people exercising by walking, and what I notice is the fun and laughter they share as they walk. Today, I met them in the same mood, so I asked myself whether this conversation and laughter would continue in Heaven?
Beloved, yes, we must ask this very important question as it will help us know what to do or not do to make it happen. In my life there are some whose conversations and chats inspire me ! I love hearing them all the time!
Yes, it will continue in Heaven if we sincerely love and commit ourselves to helping each other!
Yes it will continue if we avoid issues, matters etc; that will result in quarrels, misunderstandings, hate etc
Yes, it will continue in Heaven if we seek and promote the good and well-being of one another.
Finally, and most importantly it will continue in Heaven if we all believe in Jesus Christ, give our lives to Him, walk in His ways and do those things that please Him. I considered this the most important of all the above-listed “ if’s”.
This was my takeaway as we walked past each other this morning! Your friendship and conversation with whoever will continue in Heaven if we do the above!
