Yes, you read it.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>At the root and heart of everything, every fsukure &nbsp;is ignorance. Scriptures confirmed this read part of what Hosea said;&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Hosea\u003C/p>\u003Cp>KJV\u003C/p>\u003Cp>6+ My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:—-\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Man’s greatest enemy is not sin for sin is the outcome of the lack of knowledge, we sin ( act wrongly) because we are ignorant of rules! If and when we acquire knowledge we act rightly and therefore do not sin. ( Yes I agree and acknowledge that some with knowledge still do sin!)&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>An ignorant life is a costly life. Look at it like this. You’ve bought a new television set at a high price; you brought it home and plugged it in only for it to blow and burst into flames.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Your money, lifetime savings and sacrifice are gone within seconds! Why. ? Ignorance!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>You bought an expensive shirt while trying to iron it it got burnt by the heat from the pressing iron. The cause? Ignorance.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>You were driving on the motorway then suddenly your headlight went off, you parked and called for help .&nbsp; By the time help came and it was fixed you got home at midnight. The cause? Ignorance.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>You went to a Mall to buy canned meat , you saw one with the picture or image of a cat on the can you thought it was cat meat so you bought many because it’s your favourite!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>You brought it home thinking you were going , to enjoy yourself; only to be told it was not for human consumption but for cats. You don’t have cats! The cause? Ignorance.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>I guess you’ve seen and read this slogan before “If you think education ( knowledge acquisition ) is expensive try ignorance! &nbsp;Yes !&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Solomon indeed said much learning is a weariness of the flesh which is true; but it pays and is worth the investment!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Ecclesiastes 12\u003C/p>\u003Cp>KJV\u003C/p>\u003Cp>12+ And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Ecclesiastes 1\u003C/p>\u003Cp>KJV\u003C/p>\u003Cp>18+ For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>(The latter &nbsp;verse is true if you are unfortunately in the midst of fools, this you can not deny let alone&nbsp; escape !!)&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Ignorance is at the root of poverty , if you are ignorant of time and resource management it doesn’t matter how much you have in hand you’ll come to zero.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>And if you are ignorant, lacking in the basic know -how of how to repair minor faults that occur at home, office, car etc, &nbsp;you’ll spend every day which will zap your limited resources! &nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>It is for these reasons that you must buy into the philosophy that says “ know something about everything; but know almost everything about something “! Yes.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Learn and know how to turn items you have into alternative uses. Alternative uses of items help reduce expenditures! These come through knowledge, training , reading etc.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>This explains why the knowledgeable are rich and the ignorant are poor. Yes!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>If the ignorant person has read the manual that came with the TV he bought, he would have known that it does not work on 240 volts but 110v&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>If the car owner had read the car manual he would have known that the first place or item he would have checked when the headlight went off is the fuse box.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The same goes for everything listed above , our greatest enemy and hindrance to our enjoying life is not sin but ignorance; lacking in knowledge! With knowledge we can contain or rein in sin, because we know what leads to it.&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>It follows that the more you know the less you sin, because you know what leads to it and avoid it!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Like Paul once said “ the strength of sin is the law “ and because men were ignorant of the law sin took control over them!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Romans 5\u003C/p>\u003Cp>KJV\u003C/p>\u003Cp>13+ (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Romans 4\u003C/p>\u003Cp>KJV\u003C/p>\u003Cp>15+ Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Knowledge liberates both spiritually and physically! You shall know the truth and the truth shall make (set ) you free is all about knowledge acquisition!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The life we each live today is a measure of what we know. The liberties, freedoms etc we each have and enjoy are linked to what we know; &nbsp;the level of knowledge we each have attained&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The majority are slaves in a prison called ignorance. So free yourself &nbsp; Just as you are working out your own salvation ( spiritually) Even so you endeavour to work out your &nbsp;own physical /material freedom!&nbsp;\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>Knowledge frees, ignorance enslaves!
