When reality Dawns,
Shadows and Pretensions
Of vain Glory disappears, and
With naked faces we
See the Truth.
Just that it’s too late
When reality Dawns
Pride vanishes, and
Man is seen for Who he truly is.
Reality undresses And
Exposes Man’s nakedness
By then there is nothing
To hold on to.
When reality Dawns
Gnashing of Teeth
And sighing
Becomes the Order
Of the Day. With none
To Console anybody.
It is Everybody for himself
God for Us All.
When reality Dawns
Death snatches And
Takes away without
Notice both Great and Small
Rich and Poor, wise And foolish.
Six feet, Awaits all. Mother
Earth Shall rest gently
On The Beloved!
When reality Dawns
Then shall it Be asked
O death where is thy
Strength, where is thy
Power, in Vain will
They seek You, take us
Away they’ll Shout
But none will hear.
O Lord haste the
Day when reality shall
Dawn and the Faith
Shall be revealed, the
Promised Crowns shall be
Placed on the Heads of
The Redeemed, Of the Earth!
