","the-problem-with-validation","\u003Cp>If I were to tell you that your inability to achieve your dream/ goals/ ambitions etc; despite the talents and gifts you possess, is because you are waiting to be \" validated \"?\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Your inordinate desire to seek validation before you act lies at the root of your failures. Yes! If you are a young person read this over and over again!\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>But what is “validation “ one may ask? It is simply “ approval, acceptance, endorsement”. The majority of people are unable to activate and deploy the potential they possess because they are waiting for the “ approval” or “ endorsement”  of others.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>What I’ve learnt in life is this , beloved nobody apart from your parents is interested in who or what you become.  A few may be but not the majority!\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Some may not validate you because in doing so you'll overtake them and be recognised, respected etc more than them. Yes! Life in this world is a great struggle! The poor envy the rich and the rich envy the poor!\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>It may interest you to know this, a statement a wise man said many centuries ago explains  why some are interested in you; read it\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Proverbs 19\u003Cbr>KJV\u003Cbr>6+ Many will intreat the favour of the prince: and every man is a friend to him that giveth gifts.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Did you read this, “ every man is a friend to him that givers gifts”?  Yes!  Not many are interested in you it is what they get from you that’s why they are with you.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Proverbs 27:14 \u003Cbr>NIV\u003Cbr>If anyone loudly blesses their neighbor early in the morning, it will be taken as a curse.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Why? Because it’s too early in the day to do so unless the person wants something from you. It’s a hypocritical blessing with a hidden negative intent! So be wise\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Many have been held back in life because they want the approval, exalting, praise etc from others before they embark on things that will inure to their benefit.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Yes, validation has stalled your progress , pause and reflect on these. Why is it that with all that you know, have etc you are unable to achieve a breakthrough in life!\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Beloved, if you know who you are, what you have and is capable of doing you don’t need validation! Ask any successful leader be it in business, economics, social, religion etc !\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>Be an independent thinker, listen to others, yes but formulate your views and opinions based on what you want for your life. It is your life and nobody else’s\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>Validation or no validation live your life as one who will give an account to God. Validation can be an accelerator or brake, so think twice!\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Cp>If you know who you are, you don’t need to be validated, trust yourself and trust God.
