In life everyone has
His or her roots
These define who
And what we are,
Where we come
From is determined
By our roots!
Just like how
Roots hold a tree
Firmly to the ground
Even so our human
Connections, relations etc
hold us together!
The stronger the roots
The firmer a tree stands
To withstand every storm
That threatens to uproot
It. Such are our families!
Roots are not one
But many, each takes
And follows a direction
That it chooses
But in the end they hold
Together with other
Roots the one tree
In place. This is how a family
Looks like.
Even though we
Are many, yet in Christ
We are one! Unity in
diversity, this we see
From nature. May we
Learn from Nature!
The weaker a Root
The weaker the Tree!
The more vulnerable it is
As it cannot stand
Strong winds and storms
Hence united we stand
Divided we fall
We are Roots
Of one tree, though
Each root may take
Or follow a different path
Or direction ;
Yet it is a part of the
One large Tree. The Family
Roots are like
Our natural fingers,
They are All not the same
Yet none can perform
Effectively without the
Other. May we learn
To respect and acknowledge
The value and importance
Of each Member of the family
To agree to disagree ,
Yet stay and be together
Is the hallmark
Of mature persons ! Measure
Your maturity by this ! That’s
When you rejoice !
