**My life** ( A Lamentation )

My life is mine 
Not yours, what 
I make out of it is
Entirely mine. 
It’s God's special gift 
To me!

My life is mine
I’ll stand alone
At the Bar to 
Give account

My life is mine 
What I do with 
It is entirely 
My responsibility!

My life is mine 
On that Day 
You’ll not be called 
To testify of me 
I either stand or fall!

It’s my life, 
Pray for me 
As I do for you 
None is perfect,
No one is righteous, 
It’s all about Grace

Salvation is not based 
On family ties,
Vocational ties,
Religious ties ; 
But on God’s Grace! 
And my relationship 
With Him.

My Faith therefore 
Looks up to Thee! O 
Thou Lamb of Calvary 
In Thee is my Hope and Trust

My life, my life, my life 
It is mine to keep 
It is mine to lose 
Saviour,  uphold me 
When I slip. For the 
Road slippery!

My life l place 
In your hands, Lord 
If and when I Ever walk 
Through the valley 
Of the Shadow of death 
Abandon me not.

My life is Mine
Even if enemies should 
Surround Me, to take 
It, command  my anxious 
Fears to subside! Support 
And protect Me all 
My journey through!

Yes, it is my Life!
