Learn From Each Other

By John Tamakloe

Learning From Each Other: The Advantages.

Proverbs 6

KJV

6+ Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:

Beloved, the more I read, the more I acknowledge how poor I am! I have many tools in my toolbox at home, thinking they were meant for one specific task until I started seeing the same tools used in multiple ways by others.

As the above scripture points out, knowledge is not the monopoly of one man, great or small, birds or reptiles, insects or whatever all have specialized knowledge that is needed by everyone.

Am I the only one saying this? Read this ;

Job 12

KJV

7 But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:

8 Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee.

Ants have something to teach and so do snakes, Yes! In the case of snakes not much is known but we know this, it sheds its skin to be covered with another! Which in itself is a powerful lesson captured in these verses ;

Colossians 3

KJV

8+ But now ye also **put off** all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

10+ And have **put on** the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Put Off, to put On”, even Crabs do the same! I was surprised to watch this shedding of coat live on TV by a Crab!

The great “entomologist ” said this about the Ant read it ;

Proverbs 30

KJV

25+ The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;

It is not about “strength”, wealth, etc, but the application of brain power;- vision, creative and innovative thinking! These are ignited in us as we interact with each other, as we listen and watch how others go about things.

Beloved. Everyone, both wise the unwise has something to teach just be patient and observe! Intellectual poverty, spiritual poverty and wisdom etc are the result of not being patient and observant in life!

Do these and you’ll be rich in knowledge, wisdom and common sense!
