In His Arms, Thou Will Find Solace!
Psalms 91
KJV
10+ There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11+ For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12+ They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
That many things happen in the spiritual realm on our behalf that our naked eyes can not see is a truth that can not be denied. A Truth the Apostle Paul emphasised when he wrote ;
Ephesians 6
KJV
12+ For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
If we leave our lives, especially our minds, unguarded, the evil one fills the space created and leads us astray. Therefore occupy your mind with good thoughts!
Again, we turn to Paul to show us what these “good” thoughts are. Read it ;
Philippians 4
KJV
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Always look for the positives in everything, beauty they say, lies in the eyes of the beholder! I also heard it said “A misfortune is a “fortune” disguised” It is only with patience and a positive mindset that one can find the disguised “fortune”.
For example, I once had a trusted friend leave me, and I worried and was greatly disturbed! Little did I know that it was for my good that he left as I had many well and more deserving friends to fill the vacuum created.
Isn’t this what the Holy Spirit meant ;
Romans 8
KJV
28+ And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Yes, it is only in His arms that we shall find solace, His promise is secured only believe!
“There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
“They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
