Crediting A Wrong Number
Matthew 7
KJV
6+ Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
On a few occasions, I have mistakenly credited some phone numbers which act was very painful. I know you may have done the same before. I mistook the numbers to be the right ones.
What makes it more painful is when the credit is of a higher amount say fifty Ghana cedis. ( Ghc 50) On occasions that I’ve mistakenly sent lesser values it did not bother me much
Beloved the same is what Jesus warned us against in the verse you’ve read above. Nothing is more painful than to credit someone who does not deserve it. We have all done this only to regret just like how we felt when we mistakenly sent credit to a wrong number.
I was visiting a friend when I heard him complaining of having credited a number mistakenly; that was where this thought came to mind. Next time watch before you credit people with your precious goods or services. Mistakes are part of life.
If you have mistakenly credited an undeserving, don’t worry the credit is gone he will waste it and it will get finished.
It is a lesson; be wise.
Matthew 7:6 NIV
[6] “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.
