A Neighbour: A Layman’s Guide to True Christianity!
Luke 10
KJV
29+ But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
When you see
Someone in need
You don’t ask, of
His name, His tribe, why,
And how come!
You meet his/her need first!
When you see
Someone thirsty
You don’t ask of
His name, tribe, why,
And how come?
You give him a drink!
When you see
Someone naked
You don’t ask for
His name, tribe, why,
And how come!
You clothe Him!
When you see
Someone unemployed
You don’t ask of his
Name, tribe, the why,
And how come,
You employ him!
If He/she is qualified.
Use this to check your claim of being a neighbour. Actions based on prejudices, biases, tribalism, etc does not define or answer the question “ who is my neighbour! “
Anyone who is in need is a neighbour, it is your response that defines and answers the question “ who is my neighbour?”
